Luciana Paoluzzi grew-up in Rome along with her family. Luciana Paoluzzi's father is an Italian army officer. Maria Rota Paoluzzi's mother is the former lover to Benito Mussolini. There's no evidence of her siblings. Luciana studied at an elementary school in the area before going at the Scientific Academy of Milan in 1955. Luciana was one of the only women in her class.
