Ina-Garten
Ina Gardner is the author of a number of popular American cookbooks on cooking. Ina also hosts Barefoot Contessa on Food Network. The show began in 2002. Ina began her career by working at the White House, writing the nuclear energy budget and policy documents. Ina initially enjoyed the intellectual stimulation of her job, but quickly began to lose the interest. In her place, she purchased Barefoot Contessa, a specialty restaurant. After more than 18 years of making her business a massive success, she decided to sell it and started creating her first novel. After that, several cookbooks were published, and she also contributed to magazine articles. In the meantime the Food Network show was also a success. She also sells everything from cooking equipment to tools and storage containers. Ina is a cook who has learned by herself that hasn't gone to a cooking academy or employed in a kitchen. Her name is known for her unpretentious way of entertaining and easy cooking. Her most well-known recipes are Skillet-Roasted Lemon Chicken Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac and Cheese Beef Bourguignon Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Lemon Bars.
